Energising Shots Not Showing in Offensive, Defensive, or Support Tabs

Energising Shots can be found in the All tab, right after Energising Shell, but it doesn't appear in any of the other Offensive, Defensive, or Support tabs. I was really confused because I see that I've definitely mastered the Picto, but it's not appearing in the Support tab until I saw it under All.
