Opening game forces Windows to create Eng-US language with ISO keyboard layout

As title says, when I open the game I find a new keyboard language and layout in the quick settings but not in the "More keyboard settings" dedicated menu.

Also sometimes it "breaks" my keyboard by blocking some of my special characters from working like the ' " button and the ` ~ button.
