Freeze during fights and exploration

Ryzen 9 7900X with 4080 super. The game never actually crashed with this Sandfall UE crash handler. The only thing i experienced (which made the game unplayable) was the game freezing during fights and exploration randomly. I could still hear the audio but had to close the game with task manager. Sometimes it led to bsod. The only fix i could find was running the game with -dx11.

Also i think it was zone related. like had no freeze till act 2 forgotten battlefield and then it started happening more frequently to the point where i couldnt progress at all. After that i could play for a while unbothered but eventually it happened again, like in the axon area.

Tried to reduce clock to 4.0 as someone suggested but didnt work, game froze after like 12 minutes. I even installed 566.36 nvidia drivers but nothing changed.
