Have you tried putting everything on low?
Your hardware is pretty out of date. I mean, it's all from 2020. And you didnt specify what kind of ram you are running either

Corssair for AMD cmh32gx4m2z3200c16
i tried lowering my Resolution from QHD to 1080p, and seems made it worse
undervolt my CPU by turn off PBO and CPB, still the same

This isn't the answer I was looking for, but I found your RAM regardless.
You are running DDR4 RAM in 2025...

You are trying to run a brand new game in 2k resolution with midtier hardware from 2020

Don't. There's literally no reason to be doing this. This poor outdated hardware needs all the help it can get.

Ok, then go run this game on a GT 430 and a i5 4670k
Yea, didnt think so. Hardware gets outdated. It just happens and you have to spend money to upgrade.

---------------------
so to summarize this: YOUR HARDWARE CANNOT HANDLE WHAT YOU ARE ASKING OF IT

Got my ASUS 9070 XT yesterday and zero problems. Not a single crash. I'm crashing out on the story after starting act II but the graphics card is fine.
that is ancient hardware, if people can play with 2080 , i can play this, no 2k was smooth as butter , no hiccup no lag temp under 50degree,
RAM 3200 with XMP

A game crashing is also a sign your pc cannot handle a game. It might run smoothly for a bit, but crash because it can't handle that load.
I had a pc that would run MW2 smoothly, until it would just CTD because I was reaching the limit on my VRAM. The answer was turn things to low or upgrade. I chose the latter.

Just face the music, dude.

OP don't listen to these guys. Your specs are well within the range to play this game. If a 5700xt and a 3600x can run it, your system certainly can. Sounds like you have driver issues somewhere in your system.
