Graphic Settings bring part oft the synced settings through steam cloud is horrible

Cant switch to my steam deck for a quick play since i need to revert my desktop's settings every single time as the Savegame sync is also syncing ALL the settings including graphics.

Same problem here. And a big problem since the settings on Steam Deck really need to be adjusted precisely to get the most out of it...
