deleted my slot 2 save - recovery?

[I wish catboys were real]

I accidentally deleted my second playthrough in-game and am now trying to recover it. The save container shows 'last modified' as the time when I deleted it. I saw there are recovery options available, but I'm worried about overwriting my main playthrough which is saved on slot 1.

does anyone know how to get it back without overwriting the first one?
