I was afraid too, but for different reasons.

Got the boss on my 1st try but my team is quite broken already and it was just pretty long but never dangerous.
Golgra was a much harder challenge!
I think, if I remember correctly, the Painting Workshops literally just ALWAYS said "Danger," even after you completed them, lol. I did the 3 initial rooms at like level 40-50, because all they are is platforming, and then I did the boss at around level 80, and it took a few tries for me because I'm not too great at parrying, but I started just dodging the sword of light moves ALWAYS, and that carried me through the last time I tried even though it took a little longer.
