I kinda hate how new party members don't match your highest level character

I just got Monoco and he's like 5 levels below everyone else and has half the Lumina. That and the fact he's a Blue Mage kinda makes me not want to use him.

Add him to your party. Poke some of the wandering mobs. Levels catch up pretty fast if your party is out of sync in this game.

They level up very quickly it's a bit of a non issue honestly.

Party members should be leveling up even when you're not using them. In my experience, it looks like they're rubber-banded to at most 3 levels behind the highest level party member.

There are a few places you can grind him up relatively quick. Far quicker than a lot of games.
