Do you have anything running in the background like HWInfo? It happens to me too, but only sometimes (5800X3D and RTX 3080) and I am trying to work out what causes it.

Intel 13th and 14th gen have hardware degradation issues, what is your CPU abd GPU?

You can either force the game to run on Dx11 which kills the frame-rate and turns the texture into low polygons, or you can lower the graphics to make the interval between crashes longer.
