CANT FINISH QUEST LINE OF HEXGA,S

I can't finish the quest because the third crystal doesn't appear, the miniboss doesn't appear to pick up the crystal and I break the other crystals and it doesn't drop anything.

Make sure the two crystals you break are different ones. They respawn if you refresh, but a respawned one doesn't drop another.

Did you, or did you not beat the miniboss already? I can't tell if you mean it didn't spawn in the first place, or if you beat it, but there's no crystal to pick up after the fight.

If you did indeed fight the miniboss, then you already have the crystal in your inventory...
