Resplendent Chroma only in the tower?

I now need Resplendent Chroma to upgrade my weapons, and so far have only found it in the endless tower. Is that truly the only way to get the Chroma? I hate fighting for fighting's sake, so if there is no other way to get the Chroma, that would be highly unpleasant... Thanks!

Buying it from merchants. Besides that, I think you have to fight for it.

The level 33 ones? I found a total of 8, and are pretty much just from the final final fights of endgame areas and bosses.

Nah, Resplendent Chroma are the one till level 19.
The 33 ones are a bit more troublesome. And they are perfect chroma catalysts.

I relied on auto weapon upgrades from enemies so I can't say much on the Chromas, so unless you desperately need a specific weapon leveled up, just rely on ones that level up automatically. But yes, every merchant will sell a bunch of lower level Chromas.
