how to get the shortcut pictos?

Hi, I've been trying to get the shortcut pictos but I'm not getting it. I've been trying for about 10 hours in Lumiere and Renoir Draft and I don't know if it's normal to take so long or if it's some kind of error.

You always get the pictos a enemy drops the first time you defeated them.
So if you did not get it you either fighting the wrong enemy or its bugged for you.
I got the shortcut pictos on the first fight with the Aberration enemy in Renoirs Draft.

So it's bugged, I'll try reinstalling the game, thanks for the reply.
