This beach volley thing is hot garbage

I've seen some pretty atrocious mini-games in my life, but whoever thought this volley ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ was a good idea to put in a game clearly not designed around fluid character movement seriously needs to find a new line of work. This is just a miserable experience.

That was one thing I absolutely had to swap to a controller to beat the final tier of :( Keyboard movement just wasn't it.

capping your fps lower will increase the window your R1's have, it might help :P
I didn't have trouble probably because am downscaling and it puts my fps at a place where I was comfortable to do it. Other people have reported capping fps lower helped them.

I finally managed to get all 3, but that wasn't fun at all. None of this gestral beach stuff is.

I hated the volleyball too. To be fair, at least all the gestral beach stuff is optional. It felt to me like the devs having a bit of fun using mechanics in they made for the game in a way it really wasn't intended for. Just a bit of fun and levity as a diversion in an otherwise pretty serious world and heavy story. Remember it is heavily inspired by JRPGs. What would a JRPG be without a few goofy mini games that don't feel like they belong. lol
