Enemies in NG++ not triggering (Flying Waters)
I started up a second New Game+ playthrough (NG++), and made it to Flying Waters with no problems. But now, enemies that are not statically placed cannot trigger. If they need to jump down to appear, or pop out of the ground, etc. they just...don't.

I can hear the audio cue of a nearby enemy, and their sound effects as well. Characters still talk as if their appearance is about to happen. But they don't ever reach an interactive state.

Yeah had that in NG+ on the first luster and demineure in flying waters too. Only happened with those guys it might just be a scripting thing
