What does Benisim lvl 20 do exactly?

Whenever I use it only 1 person gets healed, i thought the Replay instantly means you use it a second time?

It means you take another action after healing.

That being said, you have to bear in mind that nothing that gives you an extra action stacks with anything else that gives you an extra action - if a character has already taken 2 turns in a row, then anything that gives an extra action (other than waiting for your next turn anyway) will do nothing. In the lategame there's a picto that just straight up gives you an extra action after every action, which kind of obsoletes any other ability that gives an extra action. Until then it's a good ability though.

It depends which healing skill you use. Healing light is single target, while Typhoon is AoE. Also the skill needs to absorb a stain before the replay (extra turn) triggers. You need Healing Share active to trigger a minor AoE heal using single target heal skill.
