Your EGO does not make the game, parry, or dodge system bad...
Everyone complaining about the parry/dodge system has an EGO problem...

This game has a story mode, and you can beat storymode without dodging/parrying ONCE.

Just because your ego cannot handle the fact that you might need to play on the "easiest difficulty," does not make this game or it's parry/dodge mechanics bad...

They even removed Renoir's gommage skill and just damages you instead.
You have to be some Cuphead IGN Journalist mental capacity to struggle with Story mode main story.

People here are saying STORY MODE is hard... Sandfall might as well just make a cinematic mode where the game plays itself.

We live in an age where "hard" difficulty is often used to describe difficulty modes where you have unlimited lives and checkpoints every 10 seconds....

So when a game comes along where the "hard" difficulty really is HARD (unless you break the game with 1-shot builds), it shatters the Egos of everyone that considers themselves "good" at video games.
This results in all the baby gamers having tantrums and blaming the game because their ego won't allow them to admit to themselves they aren't as good at video games as they originally thought.

If people can win Expert while never dodging, anyone can win on Story.
