Settings being sync to different devices

I am playing the game in my ally x and desktop PC, which does not share the same graphics options, but when sync, the save progress together with the graphics options are being sync too. I think they should stay as it is, different devices should have its options.

Second this. Playing on steam deck and pc, tried to make the settings on the steam deck read-only, didn't work, it's really annoying.
