Somehow managed to fix my "out of memory" for the time being; so hoping I can pass forward.

I added "-d3d11" to the launch options.
I've also capped my frames at 120FPS and playing in window. Was able to load cut scenes that I couldn't before. Hope this helps!

Intel i9 13900K
Geforce RTX4090
64GB DDR5 Ram

I'm not sure if this is the permanent "one all fix" but it did allow the game to be playable for me.....for now.

something is wrong with your windows install or hardware, this does not happen to me on a 4070ti
