wtf? after patch, my game crashed once, then restarted my entire pc

i held off on the update til i finished the game. played offline. i updated n went to go finished painted workshop... first i was in menus n it crashed. then after i beat the workshop, it froze n restarted my pc lol

The entire PC had to restart, which is normal when you have an issue, and the OS bugs out to a point where it just has to.

Verify everything - game files, windows integrity, drivers, etc. You may have had a bad install process that's mucked things up until you solve the problem, or get someone else to do it for you.

There's so many things that can go wrong, and it's not necessarily the game's fault, but it could be. Search google for sfc and dism fixes and that may help. You may also just need to reinstall your current GPU driver package.

I notice the most recent patch my game has crashed but before they posted this new patch my game never crashed. Is there a fix for this ?

Didn't crash a single time before the patch. Now I can't go a couple battles without a hard crash

this could be a storage memory error caused your PC to crash. maybe bad ssd or hdd

After this update, my game can't be played anymore. When I try to load my save file, it gives a window with "The UE-Sandfall Game has crashed and will close" "Fatal error!".

yeah i played through the entire game w/out crashing and before i finished the first area in ng+ it's crashed twice. i think i'll just take a break

That’s of course possible but other reasons are possible as well.
I personally don’t have any crashes.
