am i suppose to level up to 99 now or something?

so i can finally fly but theres still bunch of bosses who just 1 shot me do i need level up does it affect how much they bosses will do to me then? im 60 levels now

They'll most likely one shot you either way. You kill endgame bosses before they attack you, or you dodge/parry, no in-between

I would finish the game first then go do side content. The side content can level you up quite a bit making the final boss too easy.

Act 3 can seem a little confusing as it gives you the single, final objective. You can opt to go straight for it and doing so is fine, the enemies you face will match your character strength. You can do the side content after the final mission but you will be "playing in the past" so to speak, since the finale is very 'final' from a story telling point of view.

But you can also do all the side content first, which has the benefit of giving you the complete story of the game before you finish it, but the drawback of you being overpowered for the final mission and so you feel a bit wrong. Unlike most people I would suggest you go down this path so that you can complete the game correctly from a story perspective, and you will just have to not use the OP skills during the final mission to keep it somewhat reasonable.

As for Act 3 content order, I would do Maelles' mission first, then head over to the snow level you skipped in Act 2. At this point you will slowly be opening up more side content as your character strength grows.

if i do main quest first i see it instantly pointless to do side content then

i didnt skip snow area in act 2 i actually was clearing monsters there took me a while was long fights but i got 2 high level weapons and like 20 levels
