Stuttering after resting

The game runs absolutely smooth on my office PC with a 3080.
Around 100 FPS, completely flat Frametime Graph.
Until I rest at a checkpoint. Game starts to stutter and hitch, frametime spikes every second.

How do I fix this?

EDIT: Strangely I could not reproduce the problem after completely restarting the game.

same here...i have like 30 hs in the game....100fps all the time...now like 45 and idk why
