NG+ question
does it reset Monoco's skill tree collection?

No. All weapons, pictos, unlocked skills, lumina points, level, attributes, costumes and haircuts and such carry over.
You also have access to all party members from the start.

What does not carry over is relationship level, quest items, collectibles ( journals, records) and such.
Also enemies are much stronger in NG+ from the start and drop different loot.

Im already at 99 base game...now Im worried if Im just gonna one shot them...

At least the early ones for sure, i started NG+ and act 1 almost everyone is getting one shotted
