Sandfall Fatal Error CTD

Hi guys, so im running a 4060 GPU, thermal problems are ok, I've turned down my game to 1920x1440, newest Nvidia Driver...etc. FPS set max cap to 60, settings set to suggested optimized:

-Shadows : Medium
-Global Illumination : High
-Reflection : Epic
-Post Process : Medium
-Texture : Epic
-Visual Effects : Medium
-Foliage : Medium
-Shading : High

It has gotten better, crashes when first entering combat before, but still sometimes during fights (when enemy smashes down blue sparks everywhere.) My game freezes and CTD.

I didn't install any mod.

I also got crashes from the latest patch. I completely forgot i had installed the fix from github. :))))))))) Updated and all good now.
