I'm waiting 30 mins just to get a turn (mild spoilers)

Im fighting stage 9, trial three and it takes about 30 mins of dodging before it's my turn. Every boss can aatck 4-5 times, I'm not even seeing my characters portrait at the left side.

Kinda sucks

That means the party is lacking Speed.

Increase it to 3000+ and getting turns in the endgame will not be an issue.
