Does this game have "strong women" narrative?

Does this game tell us the story about noble and veeeery strong females and pathetic males? Im just already allergic to such things and dont want to invest my time/money if it is so. Othewise game looks interesting.

No. It tells the story of a team trying to save the lives of the people in their city, and later the story of grief, trauma response and how to deal with loss.

It does have strong women. It does have strong men. One male character may seem a bit "whiny", but he has a bloody good reason for being that way.

No, but the early male protagonist apologizes way too much / unnecessarily, and the female characters steer him in more positive directions. There was enough weakness and lacking masculine traits that it felt a little over the top. However, this doesn't carry over to all the chapters and stories.

it’s important to op that the men in his games are strong. it’s a type, nothing wrong with that. it’s 2025 after all and these are fantasy games. so having the proper character to fantasize about is crucial.
