Who's your favourite enemy?

I've completed the game but haven't defeated all enemies yet (need to go back & try Simon again), but who is your favourite enemy and why? I really like the Mime because he's so well-designed - from the character concept to the art to the moves to the battle music. I like how they incorporated what a real-life mime would do but they turned his actions into real attacks/weapons. This game has a lot of creative/fun enemies!
