simon fight was worth the trouble

i got oober strong in act 2, which made some parts of the main story feel weird. got to act 3 and certain parts were still weird, but then the "optional content" really started revving. my first time into the abyss was a RUDE awakening. pretty much had to get the best pictos, the most optimum lumina setup, best weapons for my playstyle, and still needed to get somewhat lucky.
I wont say he's well designed, cause of me reasons.... but he was a challenge that made all the toil and trouble feel worth it to beat him.

I was just glad to finally beat him and be done with it. All frustration, not much satisfaction.

Simon was awesome. I'd like to play through the story from his perspective even knowing how it all ends.

yeah, as he turned and handed his sword to verso. my thought was how wicked it would be if he joined the team? then you read his expedition log, and i still think it woulda been wicked if maelle could cure him.
not sure how much of his bad_ssery was from clea and aline, but dude was a jacked mofo who could destroy cities and axons with raw force
