Game will not stop crashing and freezing
It's not a performance issue with my hardware, as I had 0 issues before the 45 hour mark. This didn't start happening until I got to the final area in Act 3. Now it's just crashing left and right and freezing.

It would help to know what you tried to remedy the problem ..
Start with the obvious, have you verified integrity of game files?

Yep....downloaded a mod for better optimization too, and it helped for about 30 minutes. Now it's doing it again

That fixer-thingie? Afaik that shouldn't be needed anymore since the last patch and rather causes problems. Are your FPS uncapped? that also causes crashes. A limit helps. Vsync, ingame, driver, whatever works. Doesn't have to be low. Just avoid spikes.

Vsync turned off of all things has solved the issues for me for now.....I do have the nexus fixer installed though
