Can i kill him in new game plus or do i start a new game to kill him? Its my last achievement

You can start a new game in a new save slot and just kill the mime real quick in the prologue to get the achievement.

Just kill it in NG+, that's what I did.

Yep, no rush to kill it. Everyone wants to NG+ this game anyways. Plus less chances of something bad happening to your save if you go and make a new game.

if you dont have finish the game u can find him in opera in final act
