Dangerous regions.
Are the regions that say "danger" at the entrance worth going through in NG+, or do I need to visit them during my first playthrough of the game?

I think "Danger" just means enemies are much higher level than you. You can visit the locations at any time, even right now. Killing them might be a problem though if Portal is red for you

Test the theory, visit and find out, if you can take em. If not, just grind.

In such regions, even with characters above level 50, death occurs from one hit, so it's not clear whether I just need to go there in NG+, or in NG+ in those places the enemy strength will be even higher?

In most such places, there is no chance of winning))
You can theoretically do everything in one go. However, I would recommend doing the character quests for Lune and Co first, then the story and only then the rest of the side content. If you save the story until the end, you'll be far too strong for it.

I've gone through everything, I've reached the heart of the artist in the monolith. This is like the very end, I understand it that way, so this is the last moment in which I can still return to the continent. According to the information in NG+, the enemy strength increases in all regions, so there is no particular point in going through them in NG+. But there are regions in the sky, or under water, I don't understand how to get there?

ACT 3. Keep doing the story.

Sounds like you're still in act 2? Just keep playing. There is no "last moment" anyway, so no worries.

Oh, I thought this was the finale, but this is only the finale of the second act, thanks for the information)

I already realized that I'm only at the end of the second act, thanks for the info)

I feel like noone really answered your question.
Yes they are worth exploring on your first playthrough.
Not all of them are actually dangerous, some don't involve fighting at all. They're just special encounters, usually with a twist. Some are just harder bosses, yes. Just leave those for later.

I was also thinking of leaving them for later, but in NG+ the difficulty of those regions will be even greater than in the first playthrough. So if I can't pass something on my first playthrough, then I definitely won't be able to pass it later, but we'll see)
