Any chance for a patch that will mark finished locations on the world map?

Or at least make a manual option to mark them by the player.
It will really make the life easier in Act 3 where you can explore everything, and usually need to backtrack to hard locations or map bosses after you leveled up enough.

also some sort of "note" players can put on the map would be cool - as some encounters do not have any location connected to them

Can't see them ever adding something to mark locations as finished, but I do wish you could manually put notes/markers on the map.
