PC Crash During Cutscene Transition

I've had 2 hard PC crashes since playing this game, and I've never had crashes with other titles. So far I've found a fix that works.

My 7900xt hotspot was getting to about 110C, and right as a cutscene would start I would get a complete system crash. No logs had anything listed, and this wasn't the same effect that I had with my 560TI when I had a GPU crash.

When I've had a GPU crash due to overheating, just the GPU shut off.

Fix: Anyway, my solution was to cap the frame rate at 60FPS in the menu, reduce board power by 5%, and set my fans to 100% at 60C GPU temp (80 hotspot). So far I haven't had any crashes doing this.

I don't think its a power supply issue because I've maxed out this card on other titles, I think its a temperature issue (110 is the hot spot safety limit from what I read). FF7 rebirth framerate is getting capped out before my max, but the hot spot wasn't anywhere near 110.
