Why is auto powerful not working?

I'm not getting powerful at the start of the battle on the character I've equipped this Lumina to. It says "auto powerful" as one of the triggered abilities above her portrait, yet no powerful in sight

Since it should just work, I would take a second look at any weapons and pictos you have equipped. And whether the enemies you are fighting are doing anything special.

I tried and it seems to work fine for me.

Would you happen to have another passive that could interfere with it maybe?

I tried it on Verso and it worked. but it refuses to work on Maelle. I can give her the other buffs from auto lumina just fine, and i'm using SOS powerful on her since i'm using last chance. It's giving powerful. But Auto Powerful just will not work on her. Whatevs
