Martenon Bug?

Is Sciel's weapon 'Martenon' bugged? Can't trigger lvl 4 and lvl 10 effects no matter what I do. I enter Twilight but nothing happens...

• LEVEL4 On Twilight Start, deal damage to all enemies based on the amount of charges.
  
• LEVEL10 On Twilight Start, apply 2 Foretell per charge to all enemies.
  
• LEVEL20 Double Sun and Moon charge generation.

Also, upon further testing, Blizzon seems to not add Moon charges when equipping Combo Attk pictos. Is this expected? (Since Verso applies more Burn charges when Combo Attacking)

Kinda yes and yes. I'm not sure about Martenon because when you equip cheater, or she is solo weapon skills will happen, it's like someone else turn interrupt it. For Blizzon I think yes, they buffed it but it's kinda weird, we don't get moon charge per attack
