Cannot land on this location?

I am trying to reach the merchant on Isle of the Eyes but I can't find a place for Esquie to "dock"

Try making sure Esquie is lowered enough to the ground. If you are going inside you should be able to push into the portal and activate it. If not you may have something else going on..

Oh I just realized you may only have the swim feature. If so you have to wait until he the flying ability.

disembark or land - disembark is not possible, like tenchu400 said
