(BUG) Leaadership and lanceram

The ability goes off when using this weapon, but it doesn't actually do anything.

I'm assuming it has to do with the fact that it's supposed to reduce rank but you can't go beneath rank c when using the lanceram.

Don't know if that's intended or not. I hope it's not. Seems like it'd make Verso a pretty good support/ap battery.
