crash on cutscene when going to the monolith

I have a big issue, essentially can't play the game, I run it smoothly on medium-high and when played through (almost I think) two acts,
then when I go to the monolith after beating two axons and watching the second cutscene (not breaking the barrier, literally going to the monolith mission) the game immediately exits after cutscene, no crash report, nothing, any fixes?

Do you have mods? If so, update them or remove them then verify your game files. This is most relevant cause as of right now because the game was patched to fix quite a few issues and some people are using older mods which break the game.

Not sure if this is solution but in other games I had something similar. I had to lower every setting to maximum down just to get past a specific cutscene and returned everything to it's original afterwards.

I found my issue, updated the fps cap mod
