Can anyone able to understand why this mf carries 45 indivicual feet and how he can able to turn into mfkn dualiste with his feet and deal extreme damage?

I mean its cool to see and examine nevrons attack patterns at from your side not against you but i still wonder why and how after beating the game and collecting 40 feet for him?

Why he carries so many feet does have something to do with his origins, will leave it spoiler tags in case you are not very far ahead in the story.
He is Verso's dog. Knowing my retriever, that's a very accurate trait for Monoco.
