Can't Launch Game

I keep getting an "Out of video memory trying to allocate a rendering resource. Make sure your video card has the minimum required memory, try lowering the resolution and/or closing other applications that are running. Exiting..." and I do not know what to do. My laptop specs are: AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX with Radeon Graphics 16GB Ram NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 (idk if this is enough, but I stupidly bought the game without checking, now I'm probably paying the price). Any solutions to this?
