Is there really third Axon dungeon or just part of lore?

When getting the objective to go to Axon dungeons, one of the characters said there is a third one.

Thanks. I tried to google it, didnt find anything.
Is it accessible only after Act 2? (The areas you cannot reach now)

There is. You are looking for a area NW. You have to fly to get to it.

It's optional but is a part of quest so it's hard to miss. Yes, non accessible right now in Act 2
