Enemies that only spawn after clearing the main boss/revisiting

Is there a list of enemies that you can't find on your first time through an area? I know there is one because I found it odd I had Combo Attack I and III but not II, so I looked it up and apparently there is a Chromatic Clair Obscur that drops it on the Monolith Peak after defeating the Paintress. Not sure if all boss areas have "new" bosses after you beat them or just this one since the Paintress is special.
