[Spoiler] Removing the frame from the painting

Hi everyone,

At the end of the game, i went into a place in the sky where there is not much to do (i guess ?) and i found a painting of the dessendre family in the center of the area.

The game asked me if i wanted to remove the painting, so i did it.

But i didn't saw much implication afterward...

Do you know what it was suppose to do ?

I saw that painting during the final fight with Renoir, is there a link between the painting and some move during the final fight ?

You can hang it in the Manor.

Thanks, i had that in mind but i didn't even try !

You remove the painting from there, so you can place it into the empty frame in the Manor.
By doing so, you will unlock the room in the Manor, that is located past dining hall, go there and receive an Unknown journal.

There is no finale modifying outcome from doing so.
