Its a pretty demanding title like most Unreal Engine 5 games but its not as bad as many others.
Here is a video of the game running on that 3050Ti laptop GPU.

So with everything on low you can get around 40-45 FPS in 1080p and DLSS on "Quality".
If you go for a 30 FPS lock you can put most stuff on medium.
Can always play on storymode difficulty. Or use one of the mods on Nexus that lengthens the dodge/parry time window.
Lots of options.
So on steam deck you have to go into launch options and set it to SteamDeck=0 %command%
to get access to all of the graphical settings. But this is what I have it set to
Scaling type Xess
Scaling mode quality
FPS 30
Vsync enabled
Display borderless
Motion blur off ( I don’t like motion blur that’s why I have this one off)
These next ones are optional
Film grain
Chromatic
Vignette
Anti aliasing M
Shadows L
Global illumination L
Reflection L
Post processing M
Texture M
Visual effects L
Foliage L
Shading M
You could fiddle around with it to make it run better, but this has gotten me 15 hours into the game without really any problems.
