Sexual content? Some, as in the game tells you in a text box what is happening (using indirect language even!) after you make certain dialogue choices. NONE of those things are forced upon you, you can safely avoid any and all sex. But the male character can have sex with two of the women.
HOWEVER, if you do decline sex or any advances one of the females then more than implies that she'll pleasure herself then, the game of course does not use any sexual language whatsoever, they use different words, analogies, but you will exactly know what that one female person is referring to when she says "she'll be adventurous all by herself then" ;-)
You would only ever be offended by any of that if you are a 17th century puritan, however. In my opinion :-D
This game is, when we talk about sexual content, perfectly safe for basically everyone. I wouldn't necessarily let very young kids play it though, because it involves some heavy themes like death, suicide, loss, existential crisis etc It's more for a somewhat more mature audience, you should be a teen at least, I would say.
Modders just entered the chat :)
Nut yes, base game is zero.
