Maximisation achievement not working

Hi, i am trying to get the sciel maximisation achievement (apply 20 fortell to ennemy and consume it) but its just not working, i used guide but the achievement is not unlocking
Its been 1 hours i am trying to get it
I am act 3 btw
I even tried to do it while killing ennemy but it just refuse to work

Had the same issue, finishing off a mime with 26 foretell (which I find odd since the game says maxes are 10 and 20 in twilight), did it with the Phantom blade skill.

The achievement just popped in the world map after like 40 min after the battle
