What is actually "exclusive" to NG+

When you are about to star NG+ the game says there are exclusive rewards only available there but i can't find any info what that would be and where. Surely they don't mean just higher level pictos of the ones you already have right?

higher lv pictos would be one and also "Perfect Chroma Catalyst" can be farmed there so you can lv all weapons to 33. might be more that Im not aware of

Plus enemies technically scale upwards with every NG+, but you're still gonna be extra strong early on.

In Act 2 now so far all I found were higher level pictos and the catalyst that allows you to upgrade weapons to lvl 33, but the latter is not even exclusive to NG+, because you can get a (very) few in the first playthrough as well.

But so far no new weapons and especially no new outfits or some such thing.

isnt that the second NG+ is the same as first? I read someone mentioning that somewhere

NG+ has a Baguette weapon for all characters, not sure if there are more.
