Lampmaster Statue in Painting Workshop

In Painting Workshop after talking to boy and receiving first lamp i left location without adding it to statue. When i arrived to second location and received second lamp i cant interact with statue who says 3 missing parts. Even when i go to first location nothing happens. Boy is silent Its bug or i need all 3 lamps?
