Issue: Game forces itself onto the wrong monitor (multi-monitor setup)

Hello, I'm experiencing a persistent bug with Clair Obscur: Expedition 33.

Every time I load the game or transition between scenes, it moves to my secondary monitor, even though I have set my primary monitor correctly in Windows.

What I've tried:
- Setting the correct primary monitor in Windows
- Editing GameUserSettings.ini (FullscreenMode, PreferredMonitor, etc.)
- Launching in windowed/borderless mode
- Disabling the second monitor before launching
- Forcing monitor switch via Win + Shift + Arrow
- Setting up config files as read-only

Nothing has worked so far.

Please provide an option to select the display monitor in settings, or make the game respect Windows monitor priority.

Yes, I found the monitor selection option in the settings, but unfortunately it only shows my secondary monitor. My main monitor is not listed at all, even though it's set as the primary one in Windows.

I've had this exact same issue since launch and for some reason I hardly see anyone discuss it. My primary monitor also disappears from the in-game settings after a loading screen or a death screen.

The only fix I've found so far is a band-aid solution.

Set the game to windowed mode and set it to your primary monitor on launch. Force the game to do this in launch commands if it's broken every time you launch it. For some reason, this doesn't happen if you're in windowed mode. For some other weird reason, windowed mode in this game is effectively the same as borderless windowed (which will not fix this bug).

yep, I've had the same problem since launch. I have to change my windows settings to only display on the monitor i want to play with before launching the game, or the screen goes on the wrong screen and refuses to go back on the correct one no matter what I do in the settings (the settings do see the other screen but selecting the other screen doesn't change the display).

The same thing just started happening to me today. At the main menu I can switch it to my main display, but when load into the game it moves to my second screen. And I loose the option in settings to move it back. Hadn't had this problem for the first 14 hours playing. Has anyone figured a permanent fix?
