Yes, I found the monitor selection option in the settings, but unfortunately it only shows my secondary monitor. My main monitor is not listed at all, even though it's set as the primary one in Windows.

The only fix I've found so far is a band-aid solution.
Set the game to windowed mode and set it to your primary monitor on launch. Force the game to do this in launch commands if it's broken every time you launch it. For some reason, this doesn't happen if you're in windowed mode. For some other weird reason, windowed mode in this game is effectively the same as borderless windowed (which will not fix this bug).
