I dont know why I would need to lvl up weapons or might for those characters if they already do maximum amount of dmg.
Expert, I think?
i had similar problem too, so what i did was used lower AP skill requirement and go for skills that had multiple hits, even if they were weaker.
multiple hit kinda of allows you to do more dmg than 1 hit thats cap.
But its still a very bizare choice on devs part.
Lune learns fire rage of what ever its name on lvl 10. It deals more and more dmg each turn. Putting her on auto attack mode. after 2-3 turns she reaches 10 dmg as well.
Its not some high iq combo or pictos build. Those are basic skils that arent even hight lvl.
Poor Gustave has half of his skills locked and does like 500 dmg at best. Overcharge takes too long to get and no AP regain skills like other characters.
