Sireso not applying bonus damage?

Anyone know why Sireso doesn't seem to be increasing the teams damage at all when Verso is rank S? I hit 688M with both rank D and S, no change.

Hitting the Roulette hit on D would also result in the same damage as missing the Roulette hit on S.

Yeah I'm sure, I run it multiple times and always get either 90M miss or 688M hit. Verso in S rank first, then I apply Sciels damage buff and Maelle starts in Virtuose stance.

I'll do some more tests and change Verso's weapon to see if her damage is affected.

Still 688M after removing the weapon, put it back on and still nothing. Unless the bonus for Virtuose cancels his or something.

it doesnt work if you have powerful on maelle it overides the buff, i've posted a couple of videos on it on you tube if you want demonstration, ds3pvpfun is channel, just look up two most recent videos.
